  • Yoga Flow with Optional Weights

    Yoga Flow is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength, and overall better health. It will also reduce stress, release toxins, and calm your mind through breath control. Additional ab toning will be included in this class. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered by the instructor accordingly.
