Yoga - Gentle Yoga

Through calming and gentle exercises, poses, and reflection, we gradually increase our awareness, circulation, flexibility, and strength, and prepare ourselves for a lifestyle infused with physical and spiritual purpose. This course is designed for people of all skill levels, but is especially well suited for those who are in the early stages of practicing yoga, and those who are new to it altogether.
